In Yorkshire, Barclays Commercial Bank works closely with new and existing customers across the region to provide structured financial solutions to help businesses achieve their growth plans.  In conjunction with our Leveraged Finance team, we provide support for re-financings, acquisitions, MBOs, MBIs, BIMBOs, money out transactions, institutional buy outs, IPOs, re-capitalisations and public to private deals.

Barclays is wide open for business and continues to complete deals with new and existing customers.  We are delighted to see a strong desire by Yorkshire based businesses to ride the storm through re-evaluating their business plans in order to sustain success.   Some of the high profile transactions we have completed this year include: £220 million refinancing for Wakefield-based Cape PLC; £130 million refinancing for York-based CPP PLC and £37 million refinancing for Emerald Group Publishing.
