DEVELOPER Hollins Murray has bought the Winstanley shopping precinct in Wigan.The Altrincham-based company bought the property out of receivership for an undisclosed sum, beating 10 other bidders. The 12,000 sq ft centre has 11 units occupied by a mix of local traders and national retailers including Boots and the Co-operative."When I got the details through, I thought it must be in quite a grotty condition and not in a very good location," said Hollins Murray's chief executive, Nick Casson.
