Ener-G buys Blackpool waste-to-energy firm

ENERGOS Holdings has acquired Blackpool waste-to-energy business BioGen Power.Energos manufactures gassification plants and other technology used to convert energy from burned waste and is part of Salford-based green technology company ENER-G group.It already had a 28% stake in Biogen, which has planning approval for six waste-to-energy sites with a combined capacity to handle 650,000 tonnes of waste and generate 60MW of power.
