A new Nottingham bar is set to create 25 jobs when it opens in late spring 2017, as part of a £400,000 investment.

As we revealed yesterday, Roxy Ball Room will be opening on the first floor of the Von Exchange building on Thurland Street in Nottingham city centre, with Mojo opening at the same time on the ground floor.

A spokesperson for Roxy Ball Room told TheBusinessDesk.com: “Roxy Leisure Limited has taken a lease on the first floor of the Corn Exchange building on Thurland Street above MOJO. We plan to invest £400,000 in the project, creating around 25 jobs.

This will be the sixth venue under the Roxy brand by Jones Bar Group with Roxy Ball Room Manchester set to open early 2017.

The spokesperson added: “Jones Bar Group’s focus is very much on the expansion of the Roxy Ball Room concept which has a heavy focus on gaming such as pool, ping pong and mini golf.”
