Frustrated firm moves to ‘Play Hub’

Unit 3 Bradmore Business Park

Proludic, the playground equipment supplier and installer, is set to leave its West Bridgford offices after becoming “frustrated” with the lack of quality space in Nottingham.

The firm has moved to Unit 3 on Bradmore Business Park, on the south west tip of Nottingham in a deal brokered by FHP. It has named the new offices “The Play Hub”.

Rob Baker, managing director of Proludic, said: “At Proludic we are committed to creating energetic and dynamic sports and play areas. As part of our growth strategy, we
needed new larger offices but it was also vital to find an office that would inspire our passionate and committed team to deliver innovative solutions.”

Mark Tomlinson of FHP who acted on behalf of Proludic, said: “Proludic have been searching for some time for the right type of environment for their business. Their area of work incorporates many design and creative aspects so it is important that the working environment for their staff reflects this.

“Having become somewhat frustrated by the lack of inspiring office space in Nottingham, this unit at Bradmore Business Park became available and I am delighted that we have negotiated such competitive lease terms and secured such an inspiring atmosphere for Proludic and their employees.”
