Bruton Knowles adds national property expert

Nottingham-based property consultant Bruton Knowles has welcomed a national property expert to its team as part of plans to expand its urban residential offering to clients.

Tony Bray has joined the firm as commercial partner and will work with landowners, developers and investors to advise on acquisition, use optimisation and funding of urban residential developments, including build-to-rent apartments, student accommodation and serviced apartments.

He has 25 years’ experience of working within the property industry to Bruton Knowles after running his own investment and development consultancy Pure Real Estate Solutions and being a partner at Cushman & Wakefield.

Bray said: “I joined Bruton Knowles to offer clients a more detailed understanding of urban developments, and provide support building relationships with developers and investors.

“There is much potential with the residential sector in its widest definition, and I am looking forward to working with clients across the region to help them build their portfolios.
