Nottingham business centre adds 10,400 sq ft
A Nottinghamshire business centre has been expanded after demand from new occupiers.
Aspect Business Centre, on Aspect Business Park near Bulwell, has been extended to include an extra 10,400 sq ft of serviced offices space
The expansion takes the business centre to more than 27,000 sq ft of office accommodation.
Jon Higham, director at Rushcliffe Developments, said: “We recently expanded our Business Centre as the existing space works really well but was completely oversubscribed.
“We therefore took the decision to speculatively fit out some extra space within the building incorporating a similar high quality specification including suspended ceilings, top quality lighting and carpeted raised access floors for power and data, high speed internet access and modern office furniture.
“The offices are housed in an impressive, glass fronted building that is very modern and visually appealing. The social break-out areas are all large open plan spaces with shared meeting rooms and a range of offices that allow your business to grow.”
The engineering specialist Inspection Network was based in the original centre but due to growth relocated to the newly refurbished space earlier this year.
