Leicester flooring firm enters administration
A Leicester-based firm which rents out portable flooring to festivals and other outdoor events has gone into administration.
EPS Europe, which recently installed flooring at the 2017 William Hill World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palance in London, has called in Graham Wolloff of Elwell Watchcorn & Saxton and Mark Tailby of MT Insolvency to look after the business.
EPS provides flooring for festivals, live music events, agricultural shows, trade exhibitions and winter markets. The company was unavailable for contact and its website has been taken down.
In its latest available accounts for the year ending 20 April 2015, EPS Europe owed creditor £113,298 – a figure which had more than doubled since 2014.
The firm has two directors listed: Alison Macdonald and Jeremy Simpson.
