Engineering firm expands on Easter Estate

Acting on behalf of investor clients, Tim Gilbertson of FHP has completed the letting of just over 10,000 sq ft on the Easter Park Estate to Canal Engineering.

Gilbertson said: “Easter Park still sets the standard in Nottingham for industrial or warehouse space, benefiting from a superb specification in a prime location just off Nottingham’s Ring Road and therefore within moments access of the City Centre but equally within quick access of the M1. This location was the ideal opportunity for Canal Engineering who are already based on Lenton Lane to take additional space and hopefully this unit will benefit their business hugely moving forwards.
