Burger chain expands into Hinckley Crescent

Burger chain Meatcure is set to open a new outlet at the Crescent, Hinckley.

The restaurant, which serves handcrafted burgers along with steaks, salads, brunch and a kids menu and is the latest attraction at the development.

The Hinckley opening is the restaurant group’s fourth branch, after first launching in Market Harborough in 2014 but then quickly expanding into Leicester and Bedford.

Co-founder Rob Martyniak said: “Meatcure has been very well received in Hinckley and we are delighted that the Crescent gave us an opportunity to open in the town.

“The restaurant is very informal, very independent and very rustic – we want people to come along and feel relaxed and enjoy themselves.

“In my view, some places try too hard to be cool. What we offer is great food and great service – from real people, who understand what we are all about and they get the kind of customer service we want to deliver.

“The early feedback suggests that the people of Hinckley get that too and can see that we are bringing something very different to the Crescent.”

Will Robinson, from the Tin Hat Partnership, said: “It’s great to welcome Meatcure. The development is filling up very nicely with a good range of retail, restaurants and leisure.”
