National hairdressing chain to open in Derby

National hairdressing chain Stylers is set to open in Derby.

The Derby salon will be Stylers’ seventeenth, and will be at 72 St Peters Steret

Stylers has taken a 10-year lease on the building in a deal brokered by FHP.

Darran Severn of FHP said: “This has been an excellent result for all involved. Our clients recently bought the property at auction after some initial advice from FHP.

“The upper floors were tenanted but the ground floor had been vacant for several months. After an extensive marketing campaign we were able to go under offer to Stylers within one month.”
