Developer plans 298 Leicester apartments

Delph developed Leicester's Aria scheme

Plans for a huge 298-apartment scheme in Leicester have been submitted to the City Council.

Delph Property Group wants to build the residential development on land currently used as a car park on Sandacre Street.

The flats will be a mixture of 1- and 2-bedroom units.

Delph is the company behind the £11m residential development called Aria, on Chatham Street in Leicester, which is set to launch this September. This 93-apartment scheme was bought from a firm called Convoy Investments.

Delph also owns Arcus and The Bar in Leicester – two residential developments in the Highcross shopping centre, as well as the Equinox building in the city.

The firm is based in London and has been operating for nearly 70 years.
