Sarah Pears

Lutterworth and Hinckley-based Headleys Solicitors has appointed a new litigation solicitor.

Sarah Pears joins the firm’s Lutterworth head office and will work alongside head of litigation, Paul Kalaher to support caseloads. Qualified since 2004, Pears originally trained with a practice in her home town of Bromley before relocating to Leicestershire and continuing her litigation career at Bray & Bray.

“I was attracted to Headleys as they have a really strong reputation locally and are well-known for being friendly, approachable and pragmatic,” said Pears. “The challenge with litigation is helping someone from the start when they know something isn’t right and seeing that through to a successful conclusion and with a firm like Headleys, clients work with the same personnel so there is complete continuity of service over a case, which is really reassuring.”
