East Midlands-based boutique PR and digital agency, Dakota Digital, has made three new hires and opened its second office.

The three new recruits will be based in Dakota Digital’s Mansfield town centre office.

They are: broadcast journalist, Sharon Robson who joins the team as agency relationship manager; copywriter Emma Pearson who joins Dakota Digital from Tribe in Nottingham; and
magazine journalism graduate, Thomas Bee.

Dakota Digital’s new office will function as a dedicated meeting and conference venue. The unit is in the same building as the current agency headquarters.

Agency operations director Chris Woods said: “We continue to grow at a very steady rate. To be frank, we just can’t hire people as fast as we’d like to when it comes to filling our full ambitions. Finding hard working talent is a challenge so we’re ecstatic to announce three strong hires at once and to be able to continue offering opportunities to talented graduates. The new office space is testament to our ambition and ensures that we won’t run out of physical space as we continue to put bums on seats to fill the demands of our growing clientele.”

Managing director Rebecca Appleton added: “We’re delighted to have found such talented new team members and are really pleased with our second office. Having dedicated conferencing and meeting space means that we can continue to focus on working in partnership with our clients and growing the agency with new business wins. We have lots of plans in the pipeline and both the new staff and additional space give us the infrastructure we need to continue with our development.”
