Windows specialist expands into Newark

Stevenswood, the windows and doors specialist, has let a 3,767 sq ft unit in Newark in a deal brokered by FHP Property Specialists and LSH.

Stevenswood will move into a Unit 4 on Glenholm Park.

Chris Proctor of FHP said: “FHP were instructed to sub-lease two former HSS Hire units in the Midlands area at the end of Q1 2017. I am happy to announce the completion of the Newark unit and the other being under offer close to completion in Alfreton”.

Ben Silcock of Lambert Smith Hampton added: “Newark was strategically selected as the first opening for Stevenswood in the Midlands and further openings are expected across the region”.

“LSH have been appointed to advise trade counter specialists, Stevenswood, as they look to acquire further loations units nationally”.
