Private equity-backed furniture firm opens Nottingham pop-up
A high-end pop-up furniture store has opened in Nottingham after a deal brokered by Box Property.
Sofa.com has set up the pop-up showroom at 16-18 The Exchange.
The unit will allow customers to see and test the sofa.com fabrics and handcrafted designs. The store is open seven days a week.
Sofa.com has 11 showrooms across the UK and one in Amsterdam. The firm was set up in 2006 and in 2015 private equity firm CPBE acquired a major stake in the business.
