On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

PR agency Cartwright Communications has strengthened its digital offering with the appointment of new digital specialists.

Ross Pepper, Jemma Page and Esther Samson have all joined the Midlands-based firm to boost the online and digital marketing expertise, helping to offer a wider range of services to clients.

Digital account manager Ross has a wealth of digital knowledge in both B2B and B2C environments, as well as SEO, PPC, social media and web design. He will be responsible for the management of both the company’s and various clients’ social media, digital channels, website development and other online support.

Jen Alderson

Leicestershire door manufacturer Hörmann UK has appointed Jen Alderson to the newly-created role of assistant commercial manager.

She will work alongside commercial manager, Amy Fisher, to lead the day-to-day management of the department.

Fisher said: “The appointment of Jen is a really exciting one for the commercial department and we are delighted to be able to welcome her to the team. The experience that Jen has gained in previous roles will allow her to assist me in managing the department, as well as ensuring that we provide our customers with the service levels that they expect from the UK’s leading door manufacturer.”

Alderson said: “I am delighted to have been appointed to support the team in the commercial department. The role allows me to use my experience in change management, team management, problem solving and customer service to help the team thrive and grow. I enjoy a challenge and I am looking forward to cementing a great team in place.”
