706 jobs saved as Nottingham security firm sold

Administrators to failed Nottingham firm CE Security say they are looking to “maximise returns in the interests of creditors” after the company collapsed late last month.

It has emerged that the business and assets of CE Security were sold to Consortio Security – a company with the same directors – prior to the appointment of FRP Advisory on 31 July. The move saved the jobs of 706 staff, say administrators

Speaking exclusively to TheBusinessDesk.com, FRP Advisory said: “The administrators will continue to discharge their statutory duties which include realising any assets in the interest of creditors. The immediate focus will be to recover monies owing to the company by its customers.”
