Nottingham construction management firm faces winding-up petition

Titan Construction Management, which has an office in Nottingham, is facing a winding-up petition after angry creditors finally lost their patience.

According to reports in trade journal Construction Enquirer, subcontractors are understood to be owed more than £2m.

Earlier this month Titan’s south-west business, Titan SWR, was placed into administration. However, it is believed that the group’s facilities management business is unaffected.

Creditors will now be looking towards a date next month at the winding-up hearing at Leeds Combined Court Centre.
