Leicester business support firm buys risk management consultancy

Leicester headquartered EMB Group have acquired Ascentor, an information risk management consultancy based in Gloucestershire.

Ascentor holds IASME gold status and has a range of significant customers in both the public and private sectors, including the Ministry of Defence.

Managing director Dave James will continue to lead the business with fellow shareholders Paddy Keating and Steve Maddison remaining with the business as consultants.
