Expanding interiors specialist set to unveil £4m West Bridgford home

Guy Phoenix, the Nottingham-based luxury home and interiors specialist is set to expand across the country.

The expansion officially launches at the unveiling of the firm’s latest development in September. ‘Fairmont’, is a multi-million pound, 5 bedroomed mansion in affluent Nottinghamshire suburb, West Bridgford.

After recent investment from entrepreneur, Sam Stoffel and Guy himself; Guy Phoenix Luxury Homes and Interiors will launch a bespoke home building service and interior design service across the country.

Some eight 8 of the top 10 most expensive homes sold in Nottingham in the last 20 years are Phoenix’s developments. The new company will scale his business across the country offering buyers a bespoke home building and interior design services.

A new designer furniture retail business has also been established both on the high street and online. Several exclusive distribution contracts have been agreed with brands such as Armani Casa and Porta Romana who will feature in flagship store in Nottingham.

Key appointments include David Thacker who joins from retailer Boots. He will oversee marketing operations and is joined by Rachel Baum, who will oversee retail operations and interior design services, having held similar roles with Next and Dunelm. Interior designer, Lucy Parker joins from architect, Benoy and completing the team is Katy Taylor, an EA specialist and property developer whose experience includes Countrywide, Fossey Taylor and Islington Property Management.

The newly assembled team represent the next phase of our development and will ensure Guy Phoenix luxury homes and interiors can fulfil the growing demand for our services across the country.”

He added: “Guy has never been able to keep up with the demand  for his homes but with our joint investment, we can build bespoke, Guy Phoenix homes on demand for our clients. We’re already working on projects in the South East and seeing immediate demand across the Midlands.”
