The Office Depot HQ in Leicester

Leicester-based Office Depot has been named a Royal Warrant Holder for the third time.

The company has been granted the right to provide a range of products, including furniture, general office supplies and managed print services to Royal Households Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, Kensington Palace, Windsor Castle and Holyrood House.

As well as being required to reapply for a warrant every five years, businesses must also have first supplied the households of HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh or HRH The Prince of Wales with goods or services for a minimum of five years.

Office Depot has held Royal Warrants since 2006, reflecting its performance across a number of key business areas including environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and customer service.

Julie Bedford, strategic business development director at Office Depot, commented: “Being granted the right to trade with the Royal Household is the ultimate mark of distinction for any organisation. The team at Office Depot is incredibly proud to have been awarded a Royal Warrant for the third time and we hope to continue to hold this accreditation going forward.

“Our RWHA promotion aims to support fellow warrant holders, from SMEs through to large corporations, by continuing to offer outstanding levels of service to customers across the UK and beyond.”
