NG brings 68,000 sq ft ‘rare beast’ to market

Nottingham-based NG Chartered Surveyors has been appointed as sole letting agents for a landmark 68,000 sq ft unit on the Castlewood Business Park in South Normanton, Derbyshire.

NG has been appointed to marketing Unit 9a after owner Meridian Technologies decided to vacate the premises after deeming it surplus to operational requirements and selected NG to dispose of the unit.

Richard Sutton and Sunny Landa, both directors at NG, are working together to ensure full market coverage.
