On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Notts-based driver recruitment firm Route4Solutions has appointed Chris Lawlor as its new lead driver/recruitment consultant.

Lawlor will be responsible for recruiting new drivers and assigning them to a specific job. He will also be help develop new business as the firm seeks to continue its expansion.

He said: “I originally joined Route4Solutions on the back of a job advert and became a relief driver for two years. I got on well with the directors right from the outset, so I am overjoyed to be given the opportunity to move into the recruitment side of the business.”

Mike Harris, managing director of Route4Solutions added: “Chris has been a great ambassador for R4 since we started the business, and having seen him develop over the last couple of years, we feel he has the right skills to step up and take control of the recruitment and assignment of drivers.”

Stuart Clay

Mansfield-based housebuilder Rippon Homes has recruited a new site manager and two new assistant site managers at three sites under construction in the East Midlands.

Stuart Clay has been appointed at Oakham Gardens, Mansfield, with Liam Platts and Alan Isaac appointed as assistant site managers at Cavendish Gardens, Tibshelf, in Derbyshire and Roman Meadow, at Welton, Lincolnshire, respectively.
