Fisher German lands lucrative government contract

Property consultant Fisher German has been appointed to the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Estates Professional Services framework – the largest and most lucrative public sector contract in recent years.

The framework includes approximately 35 suppliers and Fisher German will represent three regional panels – East and West Midlands, London and the South East and the North West and North Wales and also vertical real estate on a national basis.

Fisher German will now join a selection of pre-approved providers used by public sector bodies to manage their estates and carry out work.

As part of this framework, Fisher German could be selected for any work across central and local government, health and education and emergency services.

Previous work assigned to the framework include Defra’s estates management contract and the Ministry of Defence’s search for a Strategic Business Partner for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO).

Andrew Jackson, managing partner at Fisher German, said: “It’s an honour to be part of the CCS Professional Services framework which represents another major step forward for Fisher German and I’m delighted we are also represented in three regions of the panel and on a national basis for vertical real estate services.

“This is an important win for our firm and highlights the fantastic work our associates and partners do every day.

“It’s also a reflection on the wide variety of services the firm offers and we look forward to the new opportunities the framework will bring.”
