East Mids branding agency reveals £50m ambition

The Champions offices in Costock

An East Midlands brand agency says it is looking to hit the £20m turnover mark this year after being granted planning permission for an extension to its offices – and has ambitions to grow that to £50m in five years.

Champions (UK) will expand its Costock base on the Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire border by 3,000 sq ft and will see the firm invest £750,000 in redeveloping unused outbuildings into a digital and media squite.

The firm says work is expected to begin mid-2018.

Managing director, Matthew Hayes, said: “Our clients know that whatever they need, we have the resources to deliver. Many clients come to us for complete solutions; from initial concepts through to delivery, while others may only want one or two aspects of what we can offer. We let our clients build their own package of services and then put the team together to ensure we deliver outstanding results.

“Over the next 12 to 18 months we expect to continue to grow our clients and staff, growing from 80 staff today up to 100, helping us achieve our goal of a turnover of £50m by 2022.”
