A Leicestershire marketing agency has plans to open a London agency by the end of next year after taking on more staff.

Trident, which is based at The Silk Warehouse in Hinckley, has added new account director Jordan Foster and designer Jiten Mehta to the team after increasing turnover by 10 two years ago followed by consecutive years of 15 per cent growth.

The company was established in 1988 as a print management firm and has evolved to offer a full suite of services.

Foster joins having spent the last four years delivering national and European campaigns for the likes of Nike, Timberland and NEFF, while Mehta joins after achieving a Masters from De Montfort University in digital design.

Adam Burrage, managing partner of Trident, said it is an exciting time for the business, which he runs with managing director Kim Burrage.

He said: “We are delighted to welcome Jordan and Jiten to the team at a time when we are growing, expanding our services and offering creative, digital and print solutions.

“The business was started by my father nearly 30 years ago and it’s with great pride that Kim and I are taking the company forward and on to the next stage based on the ethos of great client relations and collaborative working.

“We continue to grow by working with clients to help them plan and execute campaigns as well as measure and analyse the results.

“At a time when there are so many ways to communicate with customers, it is important for businesses to stand out from the crowd and to choose the right platforms and messages.

“Our message to our clients is that they must find ways, through their marketing and communications, to delight their audience – you want your business to be remembered and to be relevant to your customers and potential customers.

“That is where we work very closely with them to help them stand out because we feel that, in a crowded market place, it is those who delight their audience that will win new business.”

Trident is planning to open a London office by end 2018 and has further plans to expand between now and 2020.

Its clients include a Canadian based travel company right through to owner-managed businesses in the local area.

Burrage added: “We work hard to keep clients and while the material that we produce is key to that, we strive to offer great service and that is very much part of the culture here.”
