NG recruits Staffline to Nottingham business park

NG Chartered Surveyors has let a prime office space on the NG2 Business Park to a Nottingham recruitment giant.

Acting on behalf of a private pension trust, NG Chartered Surveyors has secured a deal to let 17 The Triangle to Staffline Recruitment, which is expanding into the 1,055 sq ft office suite.

Sunny Landa, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, brokered the deal.

He said: “NG’s market knowledge helped us identify a high-profile occupier for our client.

“Our client has recently comprehensively refurbished Unit 17 and this letting shows that, once again, the benefits of a landlord investing in their property portfolio.

“Staffline are one of Nottingham’s true success stories and recently reported that they are on course to break through the £1bn turnover barrier in their current financial year.
