On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
The SDL Group has appointed Samantha Massey as launch manager of its new property management franchise scheme, SDL Property Partners.
Massey has over a decade of experience in business development as part of her 20 year career in property.
She said: “I love the concept of property managers being given the opportunity to take control, develop a professional service with their own style of working and still have the support and resources of a well-respected brand such as SDL.
“I am excited to have joined this project at the early stages, working on the training programme and coordinating business development activity.”

Managed IT and Communications Provider, Air-IT has added four new staff to its technical and back office teams following its recent relocation to larger premises in Sandiacre.
Marie Talbot, an experienced remote support technician, has joined the company’s service desk team helping some of their 400 plus clients with a variety of IT support needs.
Meanwhile, Rebecca Talbot and Paige Smith occupy new roles as business executive and continuous improvement manager respectively.
Air-IT has also welcomed Mark Taylor who has joined the business as finance manager.
Air-IT’s managing director, James Healey, said: “I’m delighted to welcome our new team members aboard. This is an exciting time for Air-IT as we look forward to our continued expansion and ongoing growth.”
