Leicester restaurant enters administration

American-style barbecue restaurant, Grillstock, which has an outlet in Leicester, has slipped into administration, according to reports.

Administrators Gareth Roberts and Paul Ellison of KRE Corporate Recovery are looking to sell the business and its assets as a going concern, according to The Caterer.

Grillstock has been trading for seven years and has four restaurants in Bristol, Bath, Leicester and east London, plus a market stall in Bristol.

The Caterer reports that all restaurants remain open and no redundancies have been made so far.

Administrators say they are looking to complete a sale within the next 2-3 weeks.
