A fast-growing wholesaler of fashion jewellery has moved into a 10,000 sq ft unit in the Colwick area of Nottingham after a deal brokered by NG Chartered Surveyors.

Radford Supplies have moved into Ash House in Colwick.

NG has represented the owners of Ash House for a number of years not only as letting agents but also providing consultancy, valuation and building services advice.

Richard Sutton, director at NG, said: “When the previous tenant left, my colleague Richard Brown completed and served a schedule of dilapidation and project managed the works ensuring the unit came back to be re-marketed in near perfect condition. I then stepped in to take it forward agreeing terms with Matthew Radford of Radford Supplies for their occupation.

“This has proved a very satisfying deal to work on, with the new tenant appreciating the fact that they could move in and start trading immediately, avoiding any delays whilst works were being undertaken.”

Matthew Radford of Radford Supplies, said: “This move will consolidate our wholesale business making us more competitive in the market place, and provide an excellent location from which to distribute our products. It will help us become more efficient and produce cost savings for us over the long term.

“Richard and his team have been most helpful and they are also helping us with other commercial requirements.”
