Notts creative agency reveals growth plans

A Retford creative communication agency, &company Ideas, is celebrating a record year after doubling its turnover and staff numbers.

The firm says it has boosted turnover to £180,000 and now has an eight-strong team in place.

&company Ideas was founded by creative director Andy Price, and recently moved into new build offices at the Retford Enterprise Centre. The firm says it now wants to double in size and turnover each year for the next two years.

Price said: “Our broad and diverse client base of estate agents, developers, sports and events brands, tech and engineering companies and public sector organisations rated us so highly for client service and creativity this year, that we achieved a rating in the top 100 Independent Agencies in the UK.

“We were competin’ against 16,000 other creative and marketing agencies so this particular achievement is testament to the team’s drive and commitment to deliver great customer experience.”

He added: “Due to the expansion, we also felt the time was right to revisit our original business plans and form a group structure, the holding company being &companygroup.

“This development will facilitate both vertical growth and new opportunities in key areas. As a result, the existing business, &company Ideas, has re-branded to &create, demonstrating our expertise in ‘creating brilliant’ value for clients through branding, advertising, PR and marketing.

“Another group company, &focus, will launch in the New Year to respond to the demand for outstanding video, photography and content creation. A third division is also planned for quarter 2 of 2018.

“Our exciting and unique brandfunnel™ process will also launch as an online tool in the next three months, allowing businesses to re-assess, develop and ultimately define their business proposition, brand and marketing strategy. The process has been used to help both new and established businesses to drive forward with renewed vigour and confidence.”
