Order fulfilment firm expands into Nottingham

Nottingham-based property expert NG Chartered Surveyors, acting on behalf of London & Scottish Investments, has let the 80,107 sq ft warehouse Colwick 80.

The new tenant, fulfilment firm Cync UK is opening a new division in Nottingham as well as continuing to operate from bases in Loughborough and Leicester.

Richard Sutton, director at NG, said: “This was a complex deal to pull together but we had the ideal clients in L&S, they went the extra mile to make sure Colwick 80 was perfect for Cync. They are landlords who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to make a deal happen. They understood Cync’s needs and accommodated them all.

“This is one of the larger industrial lettings in Nottingham this year and we are proud to have make it happen.”
