£20m target for new Heanor company that wants to create 75 jobs

A new company that specialises in M&E, recruitment and facilities management has been set up in Heanor with the promise of creating 75 jobs in the next five years

The Think Services Group, which also has an office in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, has been established by chief executive Brandon Rowlands and group sales and marketing director Bradley Gough.

The firm is a progression for Rowlands, who set up Think Utility Services with two other directors in 2015. He took sole ownership of the company after buying his business partners out last year.

has built a solid reputation in the industry and as the demand for our service grows, the diversity of service required also grows. The addition of more specialised companies can only strengthen the Think brand and is in-keeping with our very aggressive growth plan.”

Gough has joined the business to head up Think Staffing Solutions, which supplies temporary and permanent staff to construction, civils, utilities, engineering, landscaping and mechanical and electrical firms.

Rowlands added: “Recruitment and labour resource had been on my radar for some time. The first time I spoke to Bradley, I was impressed to hear a like-minded individual with tremendous ambition. Take this ambition and add it to Bradley’s presence in the recruitment arena – I’d found my man.”

The third group in the company is Think Integrated Services, which specialises in total FM from hard FM to commercial management.

The Think Services team is completed by Clare Newsome as a financial director and Gerry Leach as projects director.

Gough said: “We expect to experience rapid growth over the next five years, with turnover reaching £20m. We’re also looking to add another office and employ upwards 75 staff along with our extensive subcontractor list across the group.
