Argos to close Nottingham Broadmarsh store

Argos is to shut its intu Broadmarsh store in Nottingham, TheBusinessDesk.com has learned.

Argos will transfer its operations to the Sainsbury’s supermarket in the city Castle Marina area.

All jobs will be transferred to the new site.

A spokesperson for Argos told TheBusinessDesk.com: “We’ll be opening a brand new digital store in the Sainsbury’s. Colleagues will transfer.

“People will be able to order and buy products in store and also click and collect. There will also be an eBay collection point.”
