Commercial Property Partners (CPP), which has offices in Chesterfield and Nottingham, has appointed Richard Wright to join its investment team, heading up the firm’s first office base in London.

Wright joins CPP following five years as partner at BNP Paribas, formerly Strutt & Parker.

He said: “CPP has established a strong reputation for its commercial property expertise since it was established in 2013. I am excited to be joining the forward thinking and ambition team at this pivotal time for its growth time, and to head up the CPP London office.”

Roger Haworth, co-founding partner at CPP, said: “The launch of our London office is a direct response to growing demand from existing and new clients for our services in the South East, and I am delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Wright to head up CPP’s new London office.

“Wright’s expertise and experience will be key to the successful launch of our London presence. We are looking forward to welcoming him on board, and continuing the development and success of CPP.”
