“Anabel has a good range of on the ground experience to understand what makes a site viable and combined with our extensive in-house team of specialists, including planning, investment and project management advisers, we have the resources to acquire, negotiate gain planning, masterplan and source funding parties as well handling disposals.”

Christmas added: “The market is ripe for this role and there are some huge opportunities.

“It’s an incredibly exciting new challenge to take on and combined with the contacts and knowledge I’ve built up working on my own as a consultant I can really hit the ground running.”
