City centre letting for Air Ambulance Service

The Air Ambulance Service has agreed a deal for a property in Derby city centre.

On behalf of private clients, FHP Property Consultants have let 822 Osmaston Road in Allenton, which sits within the main retail parade fronting Osmaston Road and provides a ground floor sales area of approximately 840 sq ft.

Darran Severn from FHP Property Consultants, said: “Allenton is a busy suburb and there are few vacancies within the prime retail areas. Once brought to market, we received a high level of interest, and were able to go under offer within a few weeks. In addition we’ve been speaking with a number of occupiers who would locate here if a suitable property became available.”

The Air Ambulance said: “We’re really pleased to be continuing to grow our retail presence within the Derbyshire area, it’s an area where we’re really well supported by the local communities. Thanks to the speed of the offer we’ll be able to reach more people in the area faster.”
