Host of instructions for NG’s property management division

The property management department at NG Chartered Surveyors has made a strong start to 2018, winning five new management instructions with some of the East Midlands most sought after locations.

The contracts include a 30,000 sq ft multi-let office scheme in Nottingham’s Lace Market, a multi-let office on Pride Park in Derby, a mixed-use retail and office scheme in Nottingham city centre, a block management instruction in West Bridgford and a retail unit in Radford, Nottingham.

James McArthur, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said: “It’s been a great start to 2018, as these five instructions illustrate.

“Our management team is growing, and the recent addition of talent like Suzannah Adcock has meant we now have the ability to expand our management offering to more clients. We are also heavily investing in new software to expand our management service.

“Since I joined NG in 2016, my fellow partners have shown me immense support to help me grow the department, and this is now paying dividends. It’s been a real team effort.”

Victoria Green from Spenbeck, which owns the Lace Market office scheme, said: “We believe James and NG to have a fresh and targeted approach which is very much in line with our own company ethos.
