Nottingham digital agency Impression has expanded into 8,000 sq ft offices in Nottingham city centre.

The firm has moved into Fothergill House, and is sub-letting part of the office to recruitment firm Distinct.

Fothergill House has been extensively refurbished by landlords, a fund managed by Clearbell Capital.

Tom Craig, co-founder of Impression, said: “The move to Fothergill House marks the next step in what’s already been a very exciting and very successful journey for the Impression team.

“We’re extremely proud of our Nottingham roots, having spent our early years in the Lace Market, and Fothergill House provides us a central location with plenty of space to grow over the coming years. We are due to have our launch event and look forward to displaying our new base to the business people of Nottingham and beyond.”

Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants, who acted on behalf of the landlords on the deal, said: “We had been speaking with Impression about their expansion plans for some time and the main challenge was sourcing the right environment for its teams and to attract further quality people to the business, in part, through its working environment.

“”Fothergill House undoubtedly does this with its stripped back style, incorporating LED over ethernet lighting and full air conditioning throughout. The space is heavily featured with its frontage being Watson Fothergill designed which is one of Nottingham’s stand-out buildings.”
