Jobs created as four businesses move into Nottingham business park

Bestwood Business Park

Four new tenants have moved onto St Modwen’s business park in Nottingham.

Streamline Logistics and specialists printers, D-Signs & Print are the most recent occupiers to take space at Bestwood Business Park. Other tenants include fabric and craft experts, Zacksons and vehicle restoration experts, The Bodyshop.

Streamline Logistics, distributors of electrical goods, has created 20 permanent jobs as a result of the move, and have taken nearly 50% of the vacant space.

Gemma Butler, Asset Manager at St Modwen, said: “Bestwood is a well-managed and ideally located business park near to the heart of Nottingham city centre and within close proximity to the motorway.

“We’re committed to helping our occupiers grow at our business park and will continue to work with our tenants to ensure their needs are met for the foreseeable future.”

Sean Bremner, Partner at letting agents CPP, said: “Since relaunching Bestwood Business Park we have been delighted by the level of interest received, with enquiries ranging from 2,500 sq ft up to 40,000 sq ft. Whilst general supply levels remain constrained there are not many opportunities for occupiers to secure budget accommodation with flexibility and Bestwood is proving its own success story.”
