NG seals deal for Sherwood Energy Village

NG Chartered Surveyors has sold a light industrial unit at Sherwood Energy Village.

Acting on behalf of landlord Rufford House Group, Sunny Landa, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, has sold Rufford House on Darwin Drive.

The property is located in the heart of the Sherwood Energy Village, a 91-acre redevelopment of the former Ollerton Colliery site which closed in 1994.

Landa said: “Sherwood Energy Village has been an incredibly popular development over the last decade, and Rufford House was particularly appealing as it offered a Freehold opportunity. Low stock levels meant we were able to achieve a good price for our client meaning this was a very satisfying deal for all concerned.”

Jordan Holt of Rufford House Group said: “We were looking to dispose of Rufford House after we acquired a 27,000 sq ft building in Retford. Sunny was recommended to me by William Wall of Banks Long who acted as the agent on our purchase.
