Trent Basin phase 3 gets green light

How homes in Phase 3 will look

Regeneration specialist Blueprint has been granted planning permission for the third phase of its Trent Basin development in Nottingham, TheBusinessDesk.com can reveal.

The next stage of the development will see 33 more homes built on the historic waterfront site, just outside the city centre.

Willmott Dixon is currently building phase two of Trent Basin, which will bring forward 31 homes. When the scheme is finished, it is hoped 500 low-energy homes will be built on the site.

Speaking to TheBusinessDesk.com Peter Conboy, project director at Blueprint, said: “We’re really excited that the third phase of our multi award-winning new neighbourhood at Trent Basin has now received planning permission. This phase will deliver 33 more contemporary homes and will open up a further part of the basin’s historic waterfront.

“All homes in Phase 1 have now been sold and we will be releasing our Phase 2 homes for sale in May, for which we’ve already received a lot of interest.

“Buyers interested in Phase 2 or Phase 3 should contact agents Royston and Lund or FHP Living for further information or attend our open morning on site on May 12th.”
