Back to her roots: Lincolnshire Entrepreneurs’ Lunch with Liz Cartwright
What does it take to become an entrepreneur in Lincolnshire in 2018? Do you need special skills, or will drive and ambition alone get you through? And what help is available to those looking to strike out and build a company from scratch?
At this exclusive Entrepreneurs’ Lunch to be held at DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln on Friday 18 May, we’ll be hearing from one Lincolnshire-born businesswoman who found success in nearby Nottingham, but has moved back to her roots to expand into Lincoln by opening an office in the city.
Liz Cartwright is managing director of award-winning PR & digital agency Cartwright Communications. Lincolnshire-born Liz started her career in journalism as a freelance journalist then working for national titles before working her way up to deputy news editor at The Nottingham Post.
With over 20 years journalistic experience, Liz then set up Cartwright Communications in 2006 in Nottingham. Cartwright Communications is a PR, marketing and content agency offering digital, social, creative and communications services including crisis management. The agency has a wide variety of clients from sectors including, but not limited to, property, construction, food and drink, retail and not-for-profit.
Cartwright Communications has recently opened an office in Lincoln due to the growth of its Lincolnshire-based clients.
Liz will share her knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit over a two-course lunch and will be taking questions in an exclusive Q&A session. Don’t miss out on this fantastic networking opportunity.
