Training provider speeds into Rockingham

A business training and coaching provider has celebrated its first anniversary with a move into Rockingham Motor Speedway.

New Experts is run by Terry Neild and Fiona Kilsby, who have moved the firm from Kettering to the new offices.

The firm specialises in three key areas: graduates who are new to the world of work, managers who are new to a role, and leaders moving from tactical to strategic thinking. The company has also created a bespoke 100 day accelerator programme which works with businesses to create the behaviours that make change happen.

Kilsby said: “We looked at lots of different office space options but felt that Rockingham Motor Speedway was a perfect fit as it was so aligned to what we offer in terms of nurturing talent and team performance. The move will also enable us to expand on the services we offer. For example, we are planning to launch a series of Leadership Forums which will be peer-to-peer learning events for local companies with relevant, knowledgeable guest speakers.”

Neild added: “Rockingham Motor Speedway is such an inspirational place to work. Our new office is incredible – I look out on that track and feel motivated. On a daily basis, I watch high performance teams in action, working together, which is what we are all about too. We are excited and energised by this move and are already designing innovative programmes that incorporate the fabulous facilities Rockingham has to offer.”
