Nottingham waterside living scheme tipped for go-ahead

Plans to build 73 homes alongside the River Trent in Nottingham have taken a step closer after the City Council’s chief planner recommended the scheme for approval.

Pelham Waterside wants to build 50 houses and 23 apartments, along with a new access road, on the east side of Trent Lane.

The scheme would be close to Blueprint’s Trent Basin residential development as well as the River Crescent apartments, and near to the planned homes at the site of the Park Yacht Club.

CPMG has submitted a planning application on behalf of Pelham Waterside.

Nottingham City Council’s Planning Committee is due to sit next Wednesday (16th May) afteroon to make a final decision on the scheme.
