American footwear firm to invest in Derby

Shoe store Footlocker is set to open an outlet at intu Derby.

The global firm will open its doors next Friday (25 May) on Level 2 of the centre near Timberland, and will span three units.

Carly Salisbury, marketing manager at intu Derby, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Footlocker to the centre. Its opening has been much anticipated, and comes at an exciting time for the centre, with several new store openings lined up this spring.

“Footlocker will make a fabulous addition to our already strong fashion offering, joining the likes of popular retailers including All Saints, Zara, Topshop and JD Sports,” she added.
