Phase 2 of Parker Drive set to be built in Leicester

A major new design and build opportunity for trade park/industrial occupiers is to be built at Parker Drive in Leicester.

Developer Trafalgar Global has instructed commercial property agents Andrew + Ashwell and APB (Leicester) to promote the site for general industrial, trade, warehousing and distribution uses.

The 1.62-acre site, on the corner of Parker Drive and Menzies Road, forms Phase Two of the development, following the recent letting of 35,000 sq ft , to Selco Builders’ Warehouse.
