David Craig

DBS Leoch, the Market Harborough battery specialist, has appointed David Craig as its new head of renewable energy storage.

Craig brings over 16 years’ experience of the energy storage and renewables sector to DBS Leoch and will be focused on growing the company’s business from its range of commercial battery energy storage systems.

Henry James, managing director of DBS Leoch said: “There are strong indications of significant growth potential from the renewables and energy storage markets. The reducing reliance on fossil fuels and new records being set as a result of increasing proportion of generated energy from renewable sources means that storage is an integral element of the UK distributed energy mix.

“David brings significant expertise and experience of this key battery energy storage market to DBS Leoch and will help us to integrate our specialist batteries in behind the meter and co-located renewables applications.”
