Training provider, CT Skills, has told TheBusinessDesk.com that it wants to create 30 jobs in Leicester after opening its seventh delivery centre in Leicester.

The firm, which provides training and support to learners and companies across their centres in Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield and Mansfield, says it is looking for ten new starters initially, but hopes to take on 30 people over coming months and years.

The companty provides a free recruitment service to SMEs and large companies and can also support them with workforce development and Apprenticeship programmes.

CT Skills currently employs over 100 staff and has a turnover of over £5m.

As a result of the expansion, the company vacancies for tutors in a variety of areas including construction, warehousing, health & social care and customer service as well as opportunities for learner engagement officers who will be able to engage with unemployed people and develop partnerships with Job Centres and community organisations in Leicester.

Chief executive, Alex Ford, said: “I am thrilled to announce our move in to Leicester. We already work with some fantastic employers here and it is great that we will now have a local centre where we can continue to grow. We are also excited to be recruiting for staff and are keen to hear from any Tutors and Learner Engagement Officers who are looking for a new and rewarding opportunity with CT Skills.”
